Key Concepts
- Agents are the technical objects behind AI employees — specialized roles you configure with skills, tools, and MCP servers.
- Workspaces are team or function contexts where agents run, with files, secrets, and installed resources.
- Chat at two levels: talk to an agent directly from your org home page, or within a workspace where it gains access to the workspace's resources.
- Missions let you schedule agents to run tasks automatically on a cron schedule or at a future time.
